Your concern is understandable, if unnecessary. Asgard has means to keep Loki far away from Midgard and I would certainly rather him be there, rather than here to cause more damage.
[He offers Bruce a small smile.] Do not worry, great one. We do not regard Loki's crimes lightly.
That's certainly understandable. I prefer him not on Earth. I just... [But no, Thor probably will make sure Loki is properly punished, or restrained, or..whatever Asgardians do.]
I just worry. [He smiles crookedly, just a little self-deprecating.]
And I will not judge you harshly for desiring the safety of your home. [His smile grows more assured. He is still unsure of where he stands among these new companions of his, but he is finding his place slowly.]
But... In hopes of granting you assurance, I'll tell you that my father stripped me of my status and power and banished me when I acted foolishly. A war was almost started because of my poor judgment. The only reason my powers have returned to me is because I must remain worthy of them. I do not imagine my father will ignore the seriousness of Loki's actions.
As long as he's not banished as well. I can't imagine that going well at all. [There's still some part of him, the part that's not feeling vindictive, violent things (And, therefore, the part he's trying to listen to) that feels intensely awkward speaking about Thor's brother this way.]
I--Well. It's been a while. We really should celebrate. [Bruce actually likes the sound of that. He wants to get to know these people, the ones who don't run away, the ones he hasn't crushed or pushed away, and he doesn't have to.]
[To be fare, the other guy certainly tried to do some pushing and crushing, but it isn't anything Thor can't handle. It wouldn't be the first time he's been knocked around by a companion.]
To celebrate, then. [He beams.] I shall let you lead the way, I'm afraid I still have very little idea of where I am.
[He doesn't have to think about it long. He's not much of a drinker, and he's just not built for very social situations. He's also exhausted and starving.] I feel like I could eat a small elephant. Are you hungry?
[At some point he'll realize that hyperbole might not always be the best decision, especially with Thor.]
[He's safe this time, but perhaps only because Thor doesn't know what an elephant is.] Bruce, I think you'll find that I am very often hungry. I do not know what an elephant is, but I hope it is large.
[Oh dear. Well, it's a given value of safe. And he does just enjoy Thor's company, which makes up greatly for the culture clash.]
Elephants are very large, but we don't actually eat them. It's more an expression to mean the sheer volume of something. Let's just try to find somewhere with large portions, shall we?
[if they end up decimating a White Castle, it is both not Bruce's fault and hardly something to be surprised about.]

In any case, we fought hard and made our ancestors proud. I think perhaps we deserve leave from this worry.

Oh dear, I'm not sure I'm the one we want navigating Manhattan. I don't even know where we should start.

All right, I'll lead the way.
